A 3rd party service provider we use to merge data into PDF appears to be experiencing difficulties.
Update: This is now fixed. We are aware of some people unable to login to the new Builder. It's due to special characters in usernames and/or email addresses. This is being worked on and fix should be available soon.
Update: This is now fixed. The issue where adding further tenants during an edit and are also using multiple guarantors has been fixed on our testing site and after further testing will be deployed to the live site. The issue only affects editing an already created agreement. Creating a new agreement with the correct number of tenants has no issue.
The report issue with merge data 3rd party service has been resolved.
There appears to be an issue with the 3rd party service which merges Builder data into PDF format. We are investigating and monitoring. Error code: tbv3-1720607
Further Update: the 3rd party service is now operational again and all systems are working.
Updated 25 January 18:14 We are aware of the problem relating to the 3rd party provider. We have made contact and awaiting a reply.

Fixed: If you edit a previously made agreement and add new tenants and have multiple guarantors, the multiple guarantors may not match the newly added tenants. This only affects editing. Creating a new agreement with correct number of tenants does not cause any issue. The issue is in hand and will be fixed soon (expected fix by 25/01/2021)
Fixed: After uploading PDF attachments (gas, EPC, electrical) and go back to edit the agreement later, the files are lost (but look like they are still there). The documents are correctly inserted on first save and build. The issue only arises when edit the same agreement. In this case, you should click "remove" to each one and add them again before building. The issue is in hand and will be fixed soon.
Now fixed: if decimal places are put in a number field such as deposit (e.g. 500.23) the submit button won't work.
