We are aware of some minor issues after today's update, and we hope these will be fixed by tomorrow. The problems we are aware of are:

• EPC not working when "certificate number" is selected.
• On edit tenancy, if the logo is removed, it fails to be removed.
• In inventory, add new activity (PDF report); photos are not being inserted into the PDF.

Regarding the EPC, as a temporary fix, you can go to the EPC register: https://www.gov.uk/find-energy-certificate - find the EPC and save it as a PDF. Then, choose the upload option and add the EPC. The issue is with creating the EPC PDF in the backend but uploading a PDF is working.

For the most part, all aspects of the docs site are working. Thank you for your patience.

The only two outstanding issues which should be fixed tomorrow are:

• On edit tenancy, if the logo is removed, it fails to be removed and will still be inserted. To fix this, please create a new tenancy without a logo.
• In inventory, add new activity (PDF report); photos are not being inserted into the PDF. Existing reports already created are unaffected.

As an update for customers, the move is going well. We have identified a couple of issues which are being fixed now, and we expect all problems to be resolved today. We will update when completed. Please avoid editing or creating anything on the Docs part of the website. We thank you for keeping traffic down and allowing us to get this maintenance work done.

On Monday, 8 August 2022, there is scheduled maintenance to the Tenancy Builder website. Customers should avoid creating or editing anything on that part of the website including:

• tenancy agreements
• other forms
• referencing
• applicants
• inventory

We will update this status when the maintenance is completed.
