Regarding the EPC, as a temporary fix, you can go to the EPC register: https://www.gov.uk/find-energy-certificate - find the EPC and save it as a PDF. Then, choose the upload option and add the EPC. The issue is with creating the EPC PDF in the backend but uploading a PDF is working.
For the most part, all aspects of the docs site are working. Thank you for your patience.
