The issue has been fixed, and Tenancy Builder is working correctly again.

Some digital signing events might not be shown on the events page (e.g. when a party opened an agreement). However, the digital signing was unaffected and has continued to work; only some events might not be displayed.
The Tenancy Builder and digital signing were experiencing issues earlier this morning.
Tenancy Builder: You would likely see the agreement hanging "in progress". Digital signing: Some events would not be correctly added to the signing events page.
A fix has been deployed and the system is currently processing old records so for the next 10 - 20 minutes agreements might be slower to be completed.
