The issue has been resolved, and we apologise for the trouble. Some people may experience the problem of not being able to proceed to the next page despite the fix. This is due to the browser's cache. Please try opening Tenancy Builder in a private window (incognito if using Chrome) and try adding a new tenancy. The problem was with the method of payment field, so you could try leaving that empty in the first instance. A private window should work, though. You could also try clearing your browser's cache.
Some customers have reported that when building a tenancy in Builder, clicking the next button on page one doesn't go to the next page. We apologise for the trouble and are working on a fix.
