The referencing system appears to be working now. I have tested it and received the expected result. Unfortunately, I had deleted my record, so I added a new one. You should be able to edit any records showing a zero report and submit them again. However, if you still get a zero report, please try duplicating the record and submitting it as a new entry.

We are currently experiencing an unusual number of zero reports from the referencing service, which suggests there is a problem with the credit bureau. We have notified them of the issue and are awaiting their response.

Referencing appears to be working again after conducting a quick test. However, we haven't had formal confirmation from the third party. Please do let us know if you encounter any difficulties, and we will continue to monitor as well. Thank you for your patience.
After chasing the third party, we have received a further response assuring us that a fix is underway. However, their response indicates they expect the issue to be resolved by tomorrow, not today. We again apologise for the inconvenience caused and will update with any further information as we get it.
We are currently experiencing an issue with our third-party referencing provider, which is resulting in blank reference reports. We have reported this problem to the provider and are awaiting their response.
In the meantime, we have implemented a system to fail affected references and refund any credits used automatically.
We will provide further updates here as soon as we receive more information from the third-party credit bureau.
