There appear to be delays when building a tenancy agreement or requesting a reference. This is due to third party cloud services experiencing difficulties at this time.

The third-party cloud service provider appears to be now operational. If you are seeing "in progress" for more than a couple of minutes, please edit the agreement and select to save and build again. It should work now. We apologise for the inconvenience,
