Builder defaults to Wales, stuck in progress or EPC not added Monday 24th October 2022 11:57:00

After an update to the Tenancy Builder on 17 October 2022, a few customers have reported one or all of the following symptoms:

• tenancy trying to build is stuck in progress
• showing as Wales when it should be England or 
• the EPC is not being inserted after choosing the certificate number.
