Country changing to Wales or some other name Thursday 10th November 2022 16:50:16


We are aware of an issue that after entering data, the country changes from England to "Wales" or some other name (e.g. Devon). This results in the agreement hanging "in progress". We have found the problem and expect a fix tomorrow.

As a temporary workaround, add a new tenancy (the one in progress won't work). When entering the tenancy address, please manually enter the full address and DO NOT pick the address from the address selector.

We apologise for the trouble.

The issue is now fixed.
