This is due to the browser's cache. Please try opening Tenancy Builder in a private window (incognito if using Chrome) and try adding a new tenancy. The problem was with the method of payment field, so you could try leaving that empty in the first instance. A private window should work, though. You could also try clearing your browser's cache.
