There appears to be an issue with the 3rd party service which merges Builder data into PDF format. We are investigating and monitoring.

It looks like the third-party service is operational again. We will continue to monitor.
We apologise for the trouble caused. We are noticing longer than expected execution times and, on occasion, a 504 server error to the third-party API. We have informed the third party about the issues and await their reply.
