Referencing produces zero report Wednesday 18th June 2025 15:21:14

We are currently experiencing an unusual number of zero reports from the referencing service, which suggests there is a problem with the credit bureau. We have notified them of the issue and are awaiting their response.

We will keep you updated here and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The referencing system appears to be working now. I have tested it and received the expected result. Unfortunately, I had deleted my record, so I added a new one. You should be able to edit any records showing a zero report and submit them again. However, if you still get a zero report, please try duplicating the record and submitting it as a new entry.
