      The maintenance work on the England and Wales content pages has been completed. The affected pages should now be working normally.

      We are carrying out maintenance on the England and Wales content pages. Some content may display incorrectly or show an error while the work is in progress. The maintenance is taking longer than anticipated, but we are working to complete it now. Tenancy Manager and Tenancy Builder are unaffected. We apologise for the inconvenience.

    1. Tenancy Builder issue resolved

      The issue affecting the Add New page in Tenancy Builder has now been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the service.

    2. Tenancy Builder issue when adding new tenancies

      We are aware of an issue in Tenancy Builder where adding a new tenancy is not working as expected and the Add New page is not being shown. We have notified our IT team and they are working on a fix. We apologise for the inconvenience.
