    1. Signable have implemented a fix

      Signable says they have implemented a fix for the trouble with signing documents, so it should be working as expected now.

    2. Unable to sign documents

      Signable has updated its status page to say it is experiencing issues on its end, and some customers are unable to sign documents. If you or your tenant is experiencing difficulty, as I just did personally, with the page saying “loading” or other symptoms, please wait, and we will update here when we are aware of a fix. We apologise for the inconvenience.

    1. Referencing working

      The credit bureau has implemented a fix and referencing is working again. Any stuck over the weekend have been completed and reports downloadable from the list.

      Thank you for your patience.

    2. Referencing not completing

      The credit bureau that carries out the referencing experienced technical issues over the weekend, but is working on a fix expected this morning.

      Reports submitted may appear stuck as “in progress”.

      No action is necessary, as the bureau will attempt to complete them after the fix, which should update the referencing list.
