    1. Tenancy Builder issue resolved

      The issue affecting the Add New page in Tenancy Builder has now been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the service.

    2. Tenancy Builder issue when adding new tenancies

      We are aware of an issue in Tenancy Builder where adding a new tenancy is not working as expected and the Add New page is not being shown. We have notified our IT team and they are working on a fix. We apologise for the inconvenience.

    1. Login access restored

      Login access to the Guild websites has been restored. Monitoring is now showing the affected services as responding normally. We will continue to monitor.

    2. Login access not working

      After running a routine maintenance update, logging into Guild websites have become unresponsive and locked in maintenance mode. We have contacted support and are awaiting an urgent response. We apologise for the trouble caused.
