We are experiencing difficulties when sending email notifications. You may not receive notifications when agreement has been built or when a reference has been completed. If you check the main dashboard (tenancy builder 3) after a short while you should see your agreement or reference. It’s only notifications not working properly, everything else is working fine.

  • Emails now being sent correctly again although there may be some minor disruption to emails over next few hours.

  • Merge Data Cloud Services Logo converting issue

    The service which converts logos is currently down. Our default logo will be used instead. Error code: tbv3-1718939

    Merge Data Cloud Services Agreement conversion taking longer than normal

    The 3rd party service which merges the documents into a single PDF has a degraded service. Building is working but will take longer than normal to be completed and returned to the Builder. We apologise for the inconvenience. The 3rd party service is aware and are trying to fix.

    Merge Data Cloud Services Issue with 3rd party service

    A 3rd party service used for merging data and converting to PDF appears to be down. We have identified and are investigating. Error code: s21-1172093
