We are investigating reports that data is missing from tenancy agreements and are working on the issue

  • The issue of blank data has been fixed. You will need to rebuild any documents to see the results. We apologise for the trouble.

  • Merge Data Cloud Services Merge documents issue

    The 3rd party service which merges all documents into a single agreement appears to be down. We are investigating and monitoring. Error code: tbv3-1720792

  • We apologise for the outage with agreements and other forms. There was a significant issue with a third-party provider. The problem is now resolved, and everything should be working again. Once again, we apologise.

    As a side note, a small number of customers were having an issue signing a document through Signable. Signable has now fixed this issue, and it should be working again.
