We are seeing issues on Tenancy Builder and have contacted IT. It may be IT are performing essential maintenance. We apologise for the trouble

  • The issue has been fixed, and it should work if you try again now. Any in-progress tenancies might need to be edited and save and build again.

    It may take a few minutes for all customers to see the fix.

    We are aware Tenancy Builder may seem unresponsive and, for some users, show a 500 error. Also, a build in progress may not be returned to the Builder for download. We are investigating the issue.
