Today, we are pushing a new product to the tenancy builder part of the website called Tenancy Manager. Although we’ve thoroughly tested, there may be issues. Please report any problems using the contact link at the top of every page on the website or in the sidebar of Tenancy Builder.
After today's big update, some users are reporting not seeing data which was anticipated. If you don't see any data in Tenancy Builder, please follow these steps to migrate the database to the new version:
- Log in to Tenancy Builder
- Click this link: https://docs.landlordsguild.com/migrate-data
- Return to Tenancy Builder and refresh the browser. Your data should now be visible.
The website is back up, but it may take time to populate across the internet. If you have issues, please get in touch with us (see above).
