We are investigating reports that when building a tenancy in Tenancy Builder, it hangs "in progress" and doesn't show as completed. We apologise for the inconvenience and will update here when a fix has been implemented.
The issue of a tenancy hanging in progress has been fixed. However, if you have an existing one in that state, to fix it, please follow these options:
- You can try editing the agreement, navigate to the last page and select save and build. This might not work, though.
- If point one doesn't work, you can delete the tenancy in progress and create a new tenancy (duplicating will not work because the issue will be duplicated)

Please provide your registered email to us, and we can fix it remotely for you. However, this will depend on IT availability, especially if it's late in the day/evening.
Note: Normally, you can download the PDF by clicking on the green completed status. This will work tomorrow, but temporarily, you can download the file via the actions button instead.
