Referencing not completing
The credit bureau that carries out the referencing experienced technical issues over the weekend, but is working on a fix expected this morning.
Reports submitted may appear stuck as “in progress”.
No action is necessary, as the bureau will attempt to complete them after the fix, which should update the referencing list.
We apologise for the inconvenience and we will update you if we get any more information.
