We are currently testing the fixes for this issue plus the other one, and we hope this to be working soon. IMPORTANT: anybody who experienced issues with submission will require a new applicant record creating and resend the new link. Old links will not to work. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
In addition to the earlier notification about form not submitting, it's also been reported that some fields are being populated with wrong results (e.g. pets showing "yes" when it should be "no"). We are working on this too.
The system appears to be working now, and please test. NOTE: a new link will need to be generated (create new applicant) for the fixes to work. We apologise for the inconvenience and delays.
We are aware of an issue where some applicants may not be able to submit their online application through our system. We are investigating the cause and working on a fix.
