Earlier today, we had an issue with customers unable to log in when using email in the first box. The issue has been resolved, and we apologise for the trouble. Users may continue to encounter issues whilst the fix populates across the internet. There are two options to try:

1. Use your username to log in instead of email
2. Refresh the browser, use a private (incognito) tab or a different device to ensure the latest code with the fix is used by your browser.
