The issue is now fixed.

We were made aware earlier today about an issue with the certificate number for an EPC not creating a PDF and are investigating at the moment. We suspect something has changed on the government website.

As a temporary measure, please find the EPC online and print the page as a PDF. Then, upload that PDF. This is effectively all our system is doing in the background.

We are continuing our work to fix the issue.
