Referencing Service Completed reference reports not being returned to the list

We are aware of an issue where it is not correctly added to the list of references for download upon completion after requesting a tenancy reference. We have changed some code, and if the error occurs, we will send a link by email for you to directly download the report from the email. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Cloud issues

There appear to be delays when building a tenancy agreement or requesting a reference. This is due to third party cloud services experiencing difficulties at this time.

  • The third-party cloud service provider appears to be now operational. If you are seeing "in progress" for more than a couple of minutes, please edit the agreement and select to save and build again. It should work now. We apologise for the inconvenience,
