https://www.landlordsguild.com Intermittent login issues

We are aware of intermittent login issues that might affect customers. We apologise for the trouble, and we are working on fixing it.

  • Fingers crossed, this may be fixed! We will see how it develops tomorrow.

  • We apologise but we are still experiencing intermittent issues, although we have managed to slow down the frequency. We continue working as hard as possible to find a permanent solution. The main symptom is that you will be unable to log in. The failure should only last 2 - 3 minutes, after which you can try again. We apologise for the trouble.

Digital Signing Digital signing events page error

We know the digital signing events page shows a 500 error when clicked, and we apologise for the trouble.

The digital signing is fully functional, and it's only viewing this page which throws an error.

We are working on a fix.

  • The issue has been resolved, and we apologise again for the trouble.

docs.landlordsguild.com Guarantor not inserted correctly for Wales

We know that for contracts in Wales, the last guarantor isn't correctly shown (e.g. if there are two, only one is shown or if there are four, only three). We are working on a fix and apologise for the trouble.

  • The issue has been resolved, and guarantors will now be in the built agreement correctly. It would help if you edited -> save and build to see the change. We apologise for the trouble.
