We're trialling a new login system that logs into England/Wales and Tenancy Builder simultaneously, which might cause an issue logging in for some if your browser's cache is loading from memory.

If you experience difficulty logging in, please try opening a new browser window in private (or incognito if using Chrome). That should resolve the issue. Alternatively, you could clear your browser's cache to have the same effect.

Merge Data Cloud Services Document data merge issue

There appears to be an issue with the 3rd party service, which merges Builder data into PDF format. We have checked the third-party website, and they have confirmed they are experiencing intermittent outages with their service. Tenancy Builder will make three attempts to produce the PDF 5 minutes apart. After that, you could edit the agreement and save and build again because the issue is intermittent. We apologise for the trouble, and we will keep monitoring the situation.
