Merge Data Cloud Services Document data merge issue

There appears to be an issue with the 3rd party service which merges Builder data into PDF format. We are investigating and monitoring. Error code: tbv3-1720607

  • It looks like the third-party service is operational again. We will continue to monitor.

  • We apologise for the trouble caused. We are noticing longer than expected execution times and, on occasion, a 504 server error to the third-party API. We have informed the third party about the issues and await their reply.
