docs.landlordsguild.com Builder defaults to Wales, stuck in progress or EPC not added

After an update to the Tenancy Builder on 17 October 2022, a few customers have reported one or all of the following symptoms:

  • tenancy trying to build is stuck in progress
  • showing as Wales when it should be England or 
  • the EPC is not being inserted after choosing the certificate number.

We apologise for the trouble.

Earlier this morning, a successful update was completed on the Tenancy Builder website. If you see an error when trying to build, please open the website (docs.landlordsguild.com) in a new private window (incognito in Chrome). That will load the website directly and not from your browser cache. Alternatively, please clear your browser cache, which will also work.
