docs.landlordsguild.com Tenancy Builder clicking next not working

Some customers have reported that when building a tenancy in Builder, clicking the next button on page one doesn't go to the next page. We apologise for the trouble and are working on a fix.

  • The issue has been resolved, and we apologise for the trouble. Some people may experience the problem of not being able to proceed to the next page despite the fix. This is due to the browser's cache. Please try opening Tenancy Builder in a private window (incognito if using Chrome) and try adding a new tenancy. The problem was with the method of payment field, so you could try leaving that empty in the first instance. A private window should work, though. You could also try clearing your browser's cache.

    We are aware of an issue affecting returning a built tenancy agreement back to Tenancy Builder for download. We apologise for the trouble. We are investigating the issue currently and will update you when a fix has been implemented.

  • The issue has been resolved, and we are monitoring it. If you had an agreement that got stuck, please edit and save and build again.
